Yes — the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, the same one Meta licenses to every legitimate platform. That is exactly what protects you. Bans and restrictions come from unofficial gateways and from bulk-blasting off a personal number. On the official API you send Meta-approved templates to people who opted in, and Adwix Connect handles opt-outs for you.
Not necessarily. You can bring an existing number onto the API — but once it is there, it can no longer be used in the normal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business phone app. That is Meta's rule, not ours. Most businesses move their main business line across and keep a separate personal number. We will go through which option suits you before anything changes.

Meta separately charges for WhatsApp conversations at its own published rates, which vary by conversation type and country. We add no markup to Meta's charge.
