A quick tour of your dashboard
What each page in the left menu does, and the order most businesses set things up in.
Everything lives in the menu on the left (on a phone, tap the menu button). Here's what each page is for.
The pages

| Inbox | Every WhatsApp chat with your customers, shared with your team. |
| Campaigns | Send a message to many contacts at once, or build a drip sequence. |
| Growth Tools | WhatsApp link, QR code, call link and a chat button for your website. |
| Templates | Create the approved messages WhatsApp requires for campaigns and late replies. |
| Catalog | Connect your product catalogue and send products inside chats. |
| WA Flows | Build in-chat forms — lead capture, bookings, surveys. |
| Automation Rules | "When a customer says X, do Y" — auto-replies, tags, assignment. |
| Flow Builder | Drag-and-drop chatbot conversations with buttons and branches. |
| Contacts | Your customer list — tags, lead stages, filters, import and export. |
| Analytics | Message, campaign, template and team performance, plus what Meta charged. |
| Payment | Your plan, renewals and invoices. |
| Settings | Profile, WhatsApp number, quick replies, team, security and data export. |
| Help | Quick reference — and a link back to these guides. |
Set things up in this order
- Create a template — Meta reviews it while you do the rest.
- Set up auto-replies so nobody waits for a first answer.
- Send your first campaign once the template is approved.
